Warehouse Workers

Are you a Ugandan looking to work abroad in 2025? This is your chance to get a verified, official warehouse job in Poland — with no experience required, free accommodation, and full visa support.

This position is open to men and women, age 18-45. Full training is provided. You’ll be working in a clean, modern warehouse environment — a great chance to earn and build your international work history.

• No work experience needed
• No Polish language needed
• Willingness to learn and operate a scanner (training provided)
• Physically fit and ready to work in shifts
• Must have a valid passport and be ready to travel in 2025

 Salary & Benefits

• Standard rate: 22.36 PLN/hour net (~UGX 23,000/hour)
• Students: 27.50 PLN/hour net
• Monthly performance bonuses: Up to 400 PLN gross
• Salary paid monthly (by the 15th)

Work Schedule

• 5–6 days/week (Monday–Friday, weekends optional)
• Day & Night Shifts: 6AM–6PM and 6PM–6AM
• 12-hour shifts with breaks (can be reduced to 8 hours)
• Breaks: 30 minutes + 15 minutes per shift

Accommodation

• Free housing provided
• Pay only 250 PLN/month for utilities (~UGX 260,000)
• Clean and safe accommodation close to the workplace

Job Responsibilities

You will work as part of a warehouse team in tasks such as:

• Using scanners to pick and pack orders
• Unloading boxes and sorting goods
• Operating lifting equipment (with training)
• Preparing goods for shipment
• Quality control – scanning and checking packages
• Maintaining warehouse organization

Training is provided in English, Ukrainian, Russian, and Polish.

• Bring your own lunch if preferred
• Free work uniform and boots provided
• Secure locker space for all workers

Training & Support

• Training Duration: 3–5 days (day shifts)
• Transfer to other departments possible after training
• Full support during onboarding
